For Pre-Orders, am I charged at the time of purchase or when the item ships? I placed an order over 5 business days ago. Where is my item?
All payments are processed at the time of purchase. Any items ordered with a preorder will not ship until all items are in stock. Reach out to lt.vaults@gmail.com and we will be happy to split off any in stock items for an extra shipping fee.

How can I check the status of an order I placed?
Click on the View My Order tab on the email you will receive once transaction is confirmed. Alternatively, you can drop us an email and we'll get back to you soonest.

Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final, though if you feel there’s a reason for an exception, please contact us within 24 hours of making your order and we will work with you if we can. Please note: if your order is already in fulfillment or has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel.
